**Helpful tip: Have RNs, RTs, MDs, NNPs etc. to sign bottom of diploma before day of discharge--discharge day can be kind of hectic with lots of teaching. Also listen out for updates regarding "discharge readiness" and have clinician take head circumference (HC), weight, and length. If the HC is 38 cm or less, choose preemie size set. Keep in mind there is elastic in the cap for comfort and stretchability and the gowns are loose fitting with center zipper to give that true commencement feel.
